Our office is happy to file all insurance claims for you at no extra charge. We participate with many plans to keep your fees as low as possible. We ask that you pay your deductible or co-insurance at the time of your visit. Please understand that you will be responsible for any amount not covered by your insurance.
Our fees vary according to the complexity of your problems. We will be happy to discuss our fees prior to your office visit or surgery. For your convenience, we are happy to accept personal checks, cash, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.
